工作职责：
1、理解公司的规范和工作要求，配合上级的指引，执行保安服务组的工作及跟进日常工作，确保物业、商品、财产以及「业主」、员工的安全，致力为「业主」提供优质服务。
2、督导及处理保安服务组的日常运作，包括制定工作流程细节、编制人手安排、协助开班前简报会、安排每天岗位工作细节等不同的日常行动细节，适时汇报上级及有效处理任何出现在运作上的问题。
3、监察安全系统的正常运作和效能，如遇问题，即时向前线员工提出支援，并向上级报告情况以便作出适时跟进。
4、运用保安系统，监控所属区域的现场保安情况，预防及避免罪案发生，为「业主」提供支援，时刻维持优良的保安服务水平。
5、每天检视事件报告和保安工作记录，确认跟进情况和制定行动计划，并跟据已制定的工作指引处理，定时向上级报告。
6、负责处理及应变在日常运作上出现的突发事件，确保「业主」获得即时协助，评估现况并实施相关人群管制、或保安措施，须即时向上级报告情况。
7、协助编写及熟识所有工作流程，确保所有保安工作能有效率地执行，事件获得适时处理及跟进，并正确地记录。
8、主动与「业主」建立及保持良好的关系，到现场支援前线员工处理客户的投诉，有需要时与其他部门一同合作，致力为「业主」有效率地解决问题和细心聆听意见；跟进事件进展、确保有关事件良好记录及向上级反映及报告投诉。
9、参与各类人群管理及突发事件的处理的演习和有关工作，协助上级推行有关活动，及帮助培训员工熟识有关的工作流程。
10、协助上级定期培训下属员工，做好培训计划及各部门员工对服务、日常工作流程、防盗、防火等方面的知识教育和事故处理技巧。
11、对所属区域的保安岗位每天进行检察、督导及巡视，每天不少于两次，确保前线员工在岗位正确地执勤，为「业主」提供优质保安服务，时刻保持良好工作状态。
12、与部门其它组别、各部门维持恒常沟通，熟识所有最新运作资讯及市务活动安排，使有效率地编配工作，并向下属提供最新工作资讯，确认对工作流程的认识。
13、完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
任职要求：
1、专科或以上学历；
2、3年以上相关工作经验 ；
3、有星级酒店或高端物业保安工作经验者为佳；
4、1年以上督导经验；
5、正确的保安服务/消防知识，擅长现场管理；
6、处理突发事件的技巧，应变能力和正面心态；
7、优质服务标准的认知；
8、富有警觉性、观察能力和团队合作精神；
9、正面和热诚的工作态度及良好个人品格。
