Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the Company’s ESG Communications and Community Investment programs and initiatives across Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland, including but not limited to ownership of initiatives and executions, event management, media relations and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with internal departments including but not limited to Sustainability, Business Operations, Marketing, HR etc. to co-create and execute ESG Communications and Community Investment initiatives.
• Manage volunteering activities for the Company, from planning, budgeting, communication, implementation, monitoring, to impact assessment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, NGOs and other key stakeholders to ensure quality and devoted execution.
• Develop and manage the internal and external publicity of all initiatives through the ecosystem of corporate channels such as corporate website, intranet, social media etc. and external partnerships.
• Provide bilingual editorial support on related communications materials, including newsletters, eDMs, PR and social media materials etc.
• Work collaboratively on cross-departmental and functional projects.
• Be part of the digital transformation that drives innovation and creativity, future-proofing our strategies and communications.

Requirements

• Degree holder in sustainability, communications, journalism will have an advantage
• Over 8 years of solid experience in Sustainability, Community Relations or Corporate Communications
• Strong passion to develop a career in the field of ESG Communications and Corporate Communications 
• Multi-tasking, creative, energetic, good time management and be able to work independently
• Strong bilingual language skills with excellent command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, and strong project management capability
