工作职责：
1. 理解公司的规范和工作要求，协助工程主任安排、落实部门的日常工作及各项工作计划；
2. 熟悉部门工作流程及标准，安排及执行设备设施的维修保养工作，及时汇报及有效处理项目设备设施突发的问题及故障；
3. 协助工程主任安排自有及外判技工的日常工作，跟踪员工工作落实情况及成果;在工程主任离岗期间负责项目物业工程工作；
4. 协助工程主管对外委单位（低压配电房、电梯）的管理，对其保养、维修、改造等工作过程及内容进行监督巡视，发现问题及时提出，监督其工作质效，协助主管进行评判；
5. 与工程部、物业其它部门同事的必要的工作沟通协调工作；
6. 疑难、重点客诉/工单的处理，跟进及协调工作，每月报事报修数据的统计及梳理；
7. 持有低压电工特种作业证，在强电方面有技能专长，能熟练操作配电房低压倒闸以及维修常见线路故障；
8. 熟悉项目的配电网络，合理运用电能质量管理系统等软件工具，每月对比分析用电能耗，编制能耗分析表，提出节能降耗建议，持续执行降耗措施；
9. 协助工程主任完成供应商的服务评判，学习公司财务付款流程，制作提交付款单据；
10. 负责项目设备设施应急预案的执行与其他突发事件的处理；
11. 完成上级交办的其他工作任务；
12. 积极参加公司组织的培训，学习认同公司企业文化，不断提升业务水平及专业技能。
工作要求：
1. 高中或以上学历；
2. 3年以上高层建筑物业工程设备设施管理经验；
3. 执有在有效期限内的低压电工证；
4. 强电专业技能，能熟练操作配电房低压倒闸以及维修常见线路故障；
5. 有基本的office办公软件技能；
6. 良好沟通技巧和语言表达能力及团队协作精神；
7. 务实严谨的工作态度及良好个人品格。
