工作职责
1. 理解公司的规范和工作要求，配合上级的指引，执行所指派的消防工作，确保物业的消防安全和品质，致力为业主提供优质服务。
2. 监察消防系统和设备的状况、运作和效能，及留意现场的消防安全隐患。预防及避免火灾发生，为业主提供支援，时刻维持优良的消防安全。如遇问题，立即向上级报告情况以便作出适时跟进。
3. 熟识所有消防工作流程，并在突发事件出现时，立即按流程作出相应行动，确保业主获得即时协助。
4. 正确地报告所有消防事件及隐患，立即处理和跟进。
5. 报告、协调、跟进和处理消防违规事件，与综合服务部其它部门的前线同事合作，共同一起处理，使整改工作顺利完成，减低对业主带来影响和不便。
6. 与业主建立及保持良好的关系，处理客户的投诉，有需要时与其他部门一同合作，致力为业主有效率地解决消防问题和细心聆听意见；记录有关事件及跟进情况。
7. 参与各类人群管理及消防突发事件的处理的演习和有关工作，熟识有关的工作流程。
8. 参与培训，增进对服务及消防工作流程的知识教育。
9. 在所属区域的消防岗位正确地执勤，维护安全之余，同时要协助为业主提供优质服务和支援，时刻保持良好工作状态。与其它部门的同事共同合作，为业主带来舒适安全的环境。
10. 熟识物业的最新运作资讯，使有效率地执行工作，如遇问题，主动向上级求助，共同解决问题。
11. 完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
工作要求：
1. 高中或以上学历，持有效消防设施操作员证件（中级/四级）
2. 1年以上酒店、大型购物中心、写字楼、高档会所或百货业的消防工作经验
3. 正确的保安服务/消防知识
4. 处理突发事件的技巧，应变能力和正面心态
5. 优质服务标准的认知
6. 富有警觉性、观察能力和团队合作精神
7. 正面和热诚的工作态度及良好个人品格
8. 需要能接受倒班和夜班
