工作职责：

1. 负责商场/办公楼公共区域的装饰维修工作；
2. 负责巡检和计划翻新工作及应急维修工作；
3. 负责协调外包维修工作并进行跟踪；
4. 完成有关综合维修相关专业工作；
5. 完成上级交办的其他工作。

基本要求：

1. 中专或高中以上学历；
2. 具有1年以上相关工作经验；
3. 具有综合维修工作经验，有木工、油漆工专业者优先；良好的服务意识；工作执行力、责任心强。
