工作职责：

1. 执行部门副经理的工作指令，并对其负责和报告工作；
2. 每日巡视商场内外公区及客用洗手间等公共区域，确保各区域清洁卫生按计划进行并达到执行标准；
3. 掌握管辖区内各种清洁设施、设备使用情况，了解各个部位的报修情况，及时提出报修、更新和添置计划，确保客用设施的完好；
4. 做好清洁物料使用的记录，确保物料合理有效及安全使用；
5. 检查早、晚班清洁承办商的人员在岗情况及清洁品质，完成工作日志，并按合同要求进行记录和反馈；
6. 熟悉清洁设备的使用及维护保养方案，及时针对现有维护方案作出适合的调整，以便设施更好的维护和成本的节约；
7. 按要求进行公区石材地坪养护工作的监督和检查，跟进工作计划的执行并及时反馈和要求整改；
8. 垃圾清运的管理：配合部门副经理，严格按照各类垃圾清运SOP执行,对装修垃圾的投放和清运进行严格管理并做好记录；
9. 根据SOP进行高空清洗工作的安全告知、检查清洗期间的工作标准，按合同要求进行记录和反馈，对于需要整改的区域进行整改协调直至达到合同要求；
10. 具备独自处理突发事件的能力，确保在岗期间无论自身还是承办商人员不发生安全事件；
11. 能积极协调各个部门共同工作，处理好协作关系直至完成工作任务；
12. 主任不在的时候代替主任的工作职责；
13. 完成上级布置的其它工作，按照工作标准严格执行。

基本要求：

1. 大专以上学历；
2. 2年以上大型商场、办公楼或其他高档物业保洁管理工作经验；与清洁外包公司有沟通管理经验以及现场清洁操作经验者优先；
3. 熟悉清洁流程和常用设备的使用，熟悉清洁剂特性；能对清洁工进行业务培训；性格开朗、有责任感、自律意识强。
