工作职责:
- 协助环卫主任完成日常保洁、消杀、石材、绿化、花艺等日常管理和执行；
- 根据环卫SOP进行日常工作检查和复查；
- 跟进环卫相关工作落实、并对外包单位的工作情况进行跟进、检查、监督，做出整改，达到规定标准；
- 负责公共区域的日常清洁管理，确保管理区域的环卫质量；
- 根据项目要求检查日常环卫工作记录、存档文件至公盘；
- 督促项目绿化外包实施计划、并对养护效果进行跟进；
- 掌握绿化养护、保洁环境的操作知识；
- 上级交办的其他工作。
工作要求：
- 大专或以上学历；
- 2年以高端住宅项目、公寓、商场清洁和园林绿化管理经验；
- 可接受早晚班；
- 理解与「客人」及「业主」接触及提供优质服务的重要性及应用能力；
- 熟悉清洁服务流程及标准；
- 熟知各种清洁剂的使用规范；
- 办公软件运用及文案工作。
