主要職責
員工投入與身心健康(Employee Engagement & Wellbeing)
  • 支援員工投入及身心健康相關計劃的設計、統籌及推行,包括員工活動、年度晚宴、表彰活動及健康計劃等。
  • 協助維護並優化各類員工互動接觸點,以促進員工連結及身心健康。
  • 收集員工意見並協助分析員工投入及健康計劃的成效,整理洞察及提出改善建議。
  • 支援相關溝通物料的製作與優化,如簡報、電郵通訊及社交媒體內容,確保語氣及信息一致。
  • 與內部持份者及外部供應商(如影片製作公司、活動合作夥伴)建立緊密合作關係,以確保溝通項目能及時並高質完成。
員工投入調查支援(Employee Engagement Survey Support)
  • 為員工投入調查提供營運支援,包括調查統籌、溝通推行、數據整理與分析,以及報告編制。
  • 統籌調查後跟進工作,包括與人力資源及業務部門持份者合作推動後續行動、工作坊及溝通安排。
多元共融(Diversity & Inclusion, D&I)
  • 支援多元共融策略的規劃及推行,包括相關倡議、宣傳活動及員工活動。
  • 製作溝通及員工參與材料,推廣具包容性的行為及企業文化。
  • 與內部合作夥伴協調,支援多元共融相關活動。
僱主價值主張(EVP)重塑、推廣活動及相關工作
  • 支援EVP重塑項目及推廣活動,包括企業LinkedIn及內部平台的內容製作及統籌。
  • 管理內容日曆、參與度追蹤,並按需要與市場推廣團隊或外部代理協作。
持份者及行政支援(Stakeholder & Administrative Support)
  • 與人力資源、企業傳訊、可持續發展團隊、各業務單位及外部供應商緊密合作,確保各項目順利執行。
  • 協助報告工作(如企業風險管理報告、可持續發展報告)、預算監控、供應商管理及相關文件整理。
職位要求
經驗與學歷
  • 持人力資源、企業傳訊、市場推廣、工商管理或相關學科學士學位。
  • 具10至12年相關工作經驗,包括員工投入、內部溝通、人力資源項目或僱主品牌建設,具企業或區域性機構經驗者優先。
  • 經驗較淺者可考慮聘為助理經理。
  • 曾參與大型活動或跨組織項目者優先考慮。
技能與能力
  • 具備卓越的組織及協調能力,能同時管理多項工作。
  • 具備優秀的中英文書寫及口語能力(英語為必要條件;懂廣東話及/或普通話更佳)。
  • 具創意思維,並注重細節,能有效開發員工溝通內容。
  • 能處理數據、報告及基本分析工作,特別是員工調查或推廣活動相關數據。
  • 熟悉Microsoft Office(PowerPoint、Excel、Word);具HR系統或數碼溝通平台經驗者更佳。
  • 具團隊合作精神,做事務實主動,態度正面。
