Responsibilities
- Perform general office administrative duties
- Work closely with different internal departments, pursue timely and effective communication
- Manage inventory level, movement and delivery schedule, conduct stocktake regularly
- Vendor performance management and service reporting
- Handle procurement of ad-hoc office appliances, equipment & sundries
- Support/backup general reception duties including greet guests, handle incoming calls and courier service when needed
- Assist in coordination and operation of internal meeting & project
- Monitor and escort for non-office hour cleaning / maintenance work
- Assist in group administration procurement / projects (i.e. Office relocation andrestacking)
- Assist in streamlining and implementing of Group Admin procedures to ensure the efficiency of company operations (functional consistent standard, reports and processes)
- Help with aligning the practices and policies of Dalian office in accordance with the company policies
- Manage company vehicle arrangement, and keep run smoothly
- Lead and manage 2-person admin team with drivers/tea lady
- Ad hoc tasks as per requirement by supervisor when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor holder or above
- 8 years or above relevant working experience in sizable company. Candidate with more experience will be considered as manager
- Experience in administrative platform development, travel agent management and outsourcing vendor management is highly preferable
- Should have pleasing personality and excellent guest serviceskill
- Able to anticipate any unexpected guest need and react promptly and tactfully
- Adaptable to changing needs and demands, able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to meet tight deadlines
- Good customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills
- Good planning skill, organized with strong numerical sense and business acumen
- Good command of written and reading English
- Willing to work in flexi working hour. (i.e. overtime, weekend, etc.)
