目標：
1. 協助財務做好報表資料的歸集，製表及審核工作；
2. 完成會計憑證編制，保證會計憑證內容真實，附件齊全，金額正確，記帳憑證所列會計科目科學合理。
3. 其他相關財務工作
工作職責：
1. 負責及時準確進行日常賬務處理，維護NC系統COA科目及相關操作；
2. 負責及時準確完成集團要求定期報表；
3. 負責匯總編制集團要求的Forecast報表及年終各部門預算表；
4. 負責提交內、外部門要求其他報表；
5. 負責與內、外部審計溝通預審及年終審計相關事項；
6. 負責財務會計憑證、帳簿、報表等財務檔案的歸檔整理工作。
7. 上級交辦其他事項。
任職要求：
1. 本科或以上學歷，財務相關專業；
2. 3年以上房地產業會計工作經驗；
3. 英語四級，能熟練運用Office作業系統、用友等賬務處理系統。
