主要职责
- 领导账单管理及收款团队，确保收费及应收账款回收准确并按时完成
- 作为内部及外部利益相关方在账单及收款事务中的主要联络人
- 确保遵守集团有关信用控制及应收账款管理的政策与流程
- 支持月结及年结工作，包括应收账款与银行对账
- 参与会计系统优化及其他与应收账款相关的系统整合项目
- 推动流程改进，提升计费及收款流程效率
- 执行其他委派的临时工作
资历及经验要求
- 持有会计、财务或相关学科之学士学位
- 至少10年相关工作经验，曾于规模机构任职者将获优先考虑
- 注重细节，有责任心，能够在高压环境下按时完成工作
- 具备良好的沟通能力及领导能力
- 有物业租赁行业经验者优先
- 良好中英文书写及会话，能操流利普通话及粤语
- 熟悉 Oracle 系统者优先

Personal Data collected by Hang Lung Properties Limited and/or its associated companies (the “Hang Lung Group”) will be treated in strict confidence and be used exclusively for recruitment and other employment-related purposes and will be disclosed or transferred to the responsible person(s) concerned with applicants’ applications.
