Key Responsibilities:

A. Corporate Brand Communications

• Formulate and execute integrated communication strategies that reflect the Company's vision and strategic goals, ensuring cohesive messaging and brand positioning across all channels
• Develop corporate branding materials, including but not limited to advertisements, e-brochures, corporate videos, presentations, publications and content, premium items etc. and to create and maintain brand exposures and visibility in the regional portfolio
• Manage content development of digital and social media marketing including platforms such as corporate website, LinkedIn, WeChat, Red Book and other potential digital and social platforms, on-premise screens etc
• Manage performance and maximize results for key corporate initiatives.
• Maintain and monitor Brand Communications dashboard for periodic review of performance
• Monitor quality and cost effectiveness of consultants, agencies, vendors and suppliers

B. ESG Communications

• Develop and execute the corporate community investment program that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and values
• Collaborate with internal departments including but not limited to HR, Sustainability, Business Operations, Marketing etc. to co-create and execute community investment initiatives.
• Develop and initiate engaging volunteering activities for the Company
• Drive communications development that communicates effectively to all internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Creative and Designs or related fields, and multi-disciplinary skills will be an advantage
• Minimum 8 years of related or communications experience in sizable, listed companies, multinationals, or agencies
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, with excellent multitasking and project management abilities under pressure
• Proactive, creative, and responsive, with strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua
