工作职责:
- 负责无锡恒隆广场的商场租赁实施工作。
- 负责寻找、筛选、引入商场品牌租户,并跟进租赁合同的洽谈与签订。
- 负责协调租户进场、装修、开业、租金收取等相关事项。
- 进行市场调研,及时把握和分析市场动态信息。
- 部门分类管理工作,如广告位的统筹、仓库的统筹。
- 上级交办的其它工作。
- 需要根据工作及部门要求出差。
基本要求:
- 本科或以上学历。
- 六年以上相关工作经验。
- 良好的英文听、说、读、写能力。
- 对在高档商场租赁领域发展有浓厚的兴趣,并具备相应的市场调研能力。
- 具备独立拓展能力,有商场招商经验者优先。
- 乐观敬业,思维灵活,良好的沟通与协调能力。
