岗位职责
1. 负责日常零售招商工作（包括寻找目标客户、意向客户洽谈等）；
2. 负责跟进零售客户管理工作（包括跟进合约签署进程、店铺设计装修进程、店铺日常营业事宜及合同履行情况等）;
3. 负责开展市场调研及分析，收集相关零售与目标客户的资料与动态；
4. 负责定期分析零售客户经营及管理情况；
5. 维护与建立良好的客户资源以及商业零售网络；
6. 制作各类市场调研报告；
7. 配合其他相关部门开展工作；
8. 上级交办的临时任务；
9. 需要根据工作及部门要求出差。
岗位要求：
1. 本科或以上学历；
2. 5年以上工作经验，3年商铺招商经验；
3. 英语四级或以上；
4. 有一定的房地产、零售业、品牌知识；
5. 良好的语言表达能力及个人仪表仪态；
6. 良好的沟通能力与协调组织能力,具备团队领导潜力。
