工作职责：
1. 检查外包公司人员的仪容仪表和执行操作情况；
2. 巡检辖区清洁、安全、绿化及设施状况，协助跟进整改；
3. 协助监督外包公司的财产与物资保管情况；
4. 负责公共区域的日常清洁管理，确保管理区域无尘、无污染、无异味；
5. 石材养护、幕墙清洗，消杀工作等维护；
6. 精通环境相关设备操作及维护；
7. 协助环境主任完成园林绿化、绿植租摆等管理
8. 上级交办的其他工作。
工作要求：
1. 大专或以上学历；
2. 2年以高端住宅项目、公寓、商场清洁管理经验；
3. 可接受早晚班；
4. 理解与「客人」及「业主」接触及提供优质服务的重要性及应用能力；
5. 熟悉清洁服务流程及标准；
6. 熟知各种清洁剂的使用规范；
7. 办公软件运用及文案工作。
