Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review total reward programs that support and align with business strategies.

  • Design effective compensation structure and programs to ensure the company’s compensation and benefit provisions are market competitive to attract and retain talents.

  • Ensure the HR policies, practices and processes are of proper corporate governance and are compliant with local legislations.

  • Drive and enhance pay-for-performance culture.

  • Manage annual salary review & bonus recommendation process, employee benefits and insurance review.

  • Lead initiatives such as job evaluation, market benchmarking, market surveys, etc.

  • Coordinate with HR Business Partners and Finance team on the preparation of the group’s annual staff cost budget.

  • Support staff income tax matters, including tax equalization and annual tax reconciliation.

  • Formulate and review human resources policies and practices to ensure compliance with local statutory requirements.

  • Provide data analysis and reports to support management’s decisions.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline.

  • Minimum 15 years’ HR experience, within that no less than 8 years focused on C&B field gained from sizeable companies.

  • Strong numerical sense and computer literacy. Proficiency in MS Excel.

  • Solid working experience with HR systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors, is advantageous.

  • Support staff income tax matters, including tax equalization and annual tax reconciliation.

  • Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, and Income tax rules.

  • Knowledge of China Individual Income Tax rules, social securities, and China Labor Law is advantageous.

  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua.
