Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall performance of the local PMS technical team in mainland China
  • Provide guidance and support to the mainland team's daily operations
  • Manage and render technical support to CAPEX works
  • Maintain and update the Standard Operating Procedure for the mainland team and ensure their compliance
  • Assist to manage the budget and to ensure sufficient funding is allowed for necessary repair and maintenance works, long-term building asset repairing/replacement planning and CAPEX projects, and execute subsequent control
  • Take the initiative to plan, implement and review energy conservation measures of the premises
  • Support and drive the corporate sustainability initiative to be implemented successfully
  • Be part of the Subject Matter Experts to share the experience and practical practice in relevant subject matters to improve and enhance the team's overall technical competence
  • Support the functional Director on planning and management tasks for the department

 

 

Requirement:

  • Degree holder in Construction / Engineering or equivalent
  • Chartered professional and possess recognized corporate membership of relevant professional bodies, e.g. HKIE, CIBSE, MIMechE, etc., or relevant discipline will be an advantage
  • Possess at least 10 years of relevant experience in renovation, A&A, fit-out works and building maintenance, MVAC system operation, at sizable high-end commercial properties including office and shopping arcade, in which 7 years in supervisory level
  • Well versed with the latest relevant ordinances, codes of practice and the best technical practices in the facility management / maintenance industry
  • Practical working experience in PRC property management will be an advantage
  • Possess strong analytical, customer-oriented, excellent communication and people management skills
  • Mature, independent and with strong leadership, and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is a must)
  • Familiar with MS applications, AutoCAD, building / maintenance information system
