Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Business Partnering Team of Human Resources Department from recruitment, pre-employment, onboarding to offboarding process
  • Update and maintain human resources database and personnel records
  • Perform general HR duties such as handling correspondence and filings
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 1 year of clerical work experience, preferably in Human Resources
  • Proficient in PC skills and MS Office including Excel, Word, English and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
