Reporting to the Senior Manager, this position is a key member of the HR Service Center (HRSC), supporting HR operations across Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy and quality of HR transactions, supporting operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement in HRSC.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Transaction Handling & Review
- Handle HR transactions for senior staff with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Review HR transactions prepared by other HRSC members, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies.
2. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise and provide timely support to HR team members to resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate SOP review and gather feedback to support service improvement and alignment.
3. Operational Support & Process Optimization
- Monitor daily operations and identify process gaps or inefficiencies.
- Contribute to SOP updates, workflow enhancements, and system utilization.
- Assist in implementing automation and digital enhancements.
4. Reporting & Transformation Support
- Support data analysis and reporting for audits and internal reviews.
- Assist in driving HRIS optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a HR shared services or operations environment.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale HRIS systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) and HR operational processes.
- Proficient in English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Familiar with employment-related regulations in Hong Kong. Knowledge of Chinese Mainland HR practices is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and ability to work as a team as well as independently.
