Responsibilties:
- Serve as the PMS representative in coordinating user requirements for FMS enhancements
- Research, evaluate, and recommend suitable PropTech solutions for PMS, covering areas such as Smart Security, IoT monitoring, Energy Management, etc
- Serve as liaison between PMS and other departments (Finance, Leasing, Technology & Digital(T&D), etc.) for PropTech or Facilities Management System(FMS)-related initiatives
- Facilitate communication and ensure timely alignment across departments on technology projects
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in property / facilities management, PropTech implementation, or system project coordination
- Hands-on knowledge of PropTech applications (e.g., IoT, AI chatbot, FMS, BMS, ERP, smart energy systems)
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Details oriented, well organized, proactive, multi-tasking and able to prioritize work under tight schedules
- Experience in Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI is a plus
- Travel to the Mainland is required
