Responsibilities  

  • Handle all finance related matters for Hong Kong Business Operation
  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain the general ledger
  • Assist in month-end closing process
  • Deliver the monthly management and analysis reports of Hong Kong Business Operation
  • Review and develop effective financial and control procedures
  • Engage in budgeting and forecasting
  • Prepare and review statutory accounts / annual tax filing for companies in Hong Kong
  • Support annual audit and interim review
  • Support financial system enhancement projects
  • Work on ad-hoc assignments as required

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline and Qualified Member of HKICPA or equivalent
  • 8-10 years of solid experience in Big Four CPA firm and listed sizable organization
  • Sound knowledge of accounting, taxation and regulations are essential
  • Experience in property leasing, property sales and property development is an advantage
  • Independent, self-motivated and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Analytical mind with ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Familiar with Oracle is highly preferred
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered as Senior Accountant
