Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition services todesignated business and/or corporate functions.
  • Partner with business leaders to deliver end-to-endrecruitment solutions, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent.
  • Deliver key HR programs across annual budgeting, manpowerplanning, performance management, salary review, and employeeengagement initiatives.
  • Ensure HR operations are executed smoothly and incompliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support business leaders by aligning HR practices withorganizational goals and operational requirements.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of short-term and long-term HR strategies that enable businesssustainability and growth.
  • Continuously evaluate business needs and provide timely andpractical HR advice and solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in abusiness partnering role.
  • Sound knowledge of Hong Kong labour laws and statutorycompliance; exposure to Chinese Mainland regulations preferred.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;proficiency in Putonghua is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, andproblem-solving skills.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for SeniorOfficer level
