Responsibility:

• Work with different teams to handle renovation projects
• Support meeting room IT and AV facilities
• Support different events organized by the company
• Handle Service Desk tickets and end user phone calls to ensure predefined Service Level Agreement (SLA) are met
• Analyse, log and track tickets and issues regularly
• Maintain all IT licenses
• Manage IT procurement with vendor and internal procurement department based on corporate catalogue and standard
• Provide 1st level support and operation
• Deploy hardware and software end users
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma in I.T. or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 year’s hands-on experience in IT helpdesk support / desktop support
• Experience in IT procurement and license management
• Experience in AV solution
• Experience in office renovation
• Ability to manage problems and troubleshooting on PC hardware and software issues
• Good team player and work efficiently
