Responsibilities

  • Formulate marketing calendar and yearly budget planning
  • Assist in planning and implementation of marketing activities, sales driven program, event management and loyalty marketing
  • Copywriting for marketing promotional materials
  • Reach out brands/ business partners for marketing campaign collaboration and business development
  • Monitor programs and budget, generate, consolidate reports and performance regular data analysis for management review
  • Handle roadshow application, collect payment and the procedure of agreement signing.
  • Work closely with property management teams to facilitate all marketing campaign.  
  • Liaise and maintain good relationship with tenants on marketing programs 
  • Conduct and consolidate regular reports with a high level of accuracy
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to achieve marketing goals
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing and event management
  • Working experience in shopping mall or event agency is an advantage
  • Strong connections with business partners and eager to explore new business partnerships
  • Self-motivated, detailed minded, efficient and proactive in delivering the best quality of work
  • Strong attention to data accuracy
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
  • Knowledge in using Sales Force is an advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Marketing Officer
