Responsibilities

  • Provide  day-to-day property management services and quality tenant services including but not limited to premises handover, takeover execution, tenancy fitting out and reinstatement coordination, tenant’s complaint resolutions, etc.
  • Liaise with the teams, for example, Leasing, Building Management, Technical Services, Marketing & Promotions to fulfill operational needs.
  • Monitor the progress of new tenancies and advise new tenants to submit necessary information before moving into the unit
  • Monitor and ensure tenants operate in accordance with agreement requirements

Requirements 

  • Degree in Property Management or related disciplines
  • Possess at least 5 years of relevant working experience in managing sizable high-end commercial properties including office and shopping arcade
  • Possess recognized professional membership of HKIH, CIH, RPHM, HKIS (PFM), HKIFM, preferable
  • Customer-oriented, with pleasant personality, excellent communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills in dealing with tenants and general public
  • Mature, independent and with excellent knowledge of Property/ Facility Management related ordinances and the best practices in the industry
  • Creative thinking and ability to introduce new services or approaches for continuous improvement
  • Strong leadership and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
