Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute the entire handover process for assigned new property

  • Schedule handover appointments with owners and ensure all necessary documents are well prepared

  • Provide thorough introduction to new owners regarding property information, maintenance, and common facilities during the handover

  • Ensure all handover documents including House Rules and manuals are proper and comply with legal requirements

  • Manage the signing process of handover documents by owners and ensure proper filing

  • Maintain effective communication with new owners and promptly address their questions and concerns during the handover process

  • Organize post-handover feedback and complaints, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues

  • Conduct final inspections with technical team prior to the handover to ensure properties fulfilled the required standards

  • Document and follow up on any outstanding repairs or defects, ensuring resolutions completed before handover

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless handover process

  • Participate in pre-handover meetings to ensure all departments are aligned with the handover plan and schedule

  • Prepare handover reports, documenting issues and solutions during the process. 

  • Provide regular updates to supervisors on handover progress and customer feedback

  • Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements 

  • Degree in Property Management or related disciplines

  • Possess at least 5 years of relevant working experience in managing residential properties, property handover experience highly preferred

  • Possess recognized professional membership of HKIH, CIH, RPHM, HKIS (PFM), HKIFM, preferable

  • Customer-oriented, with pleasant personality, excellent communication and interpersonal and negotiation skills in dealing with tenants and general public

  • Mature, independent and with excellent knowledge of Property/ Facility Management related ordinances and the best practices in the industry

  • Creative thinking and ability to introduce new services or approaches for continuous improvement

  • Strong leadership and able to work under pressure
