Responsibilities

Join the high performing treasury specialist team to deliver various responsibilities including:

  • Financing: Involve in financing arrangements in Mainland and HK with discussion and engagement with internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to banks and financial institutions.
  • Funding Plan: Review liquidity position of subsidiaries and recommend necessary funding plan and coordinate the execution with close internal collaboration in Mainland and HK
  • Risks Management: Assist in monitoring and managing foreign exchange exposures and hedging strategies
  • Daily Treasury Operation:
    • Handle on-going loan compliance and administration
    • Coordinate capital injection, bank account management, shareholder’s loans. fund transfer, deposit placement and hedging
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize treasury procedures and systems
    • Provide support to seniors including but not limited to preparation materials, reporting and documentation review
  • Treasury Reporting: Prepare treasury reporting and presentation materials for management

Requirements

  • Degree holder of Finance, Banking, Accounting or related discipline
  • 9 years treasury experiences or relevant working experience with sizable company, with prior PRC ,real estate related experience and bank exposure are definitely added advantage
  • Passionate, self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer - Treasury.
