Assistant Manager

基本目标:

支持恒隆地产数据安全和人工智能治理政策、标准制定及协调具体实施。支持公司完成数据安全和人工智能治理相关备案和评估报告。
工作职责 (包括但不限于以下工作)。

职位描述：

• 协助数据安全和人工智能治理工作小组制定和执行相关策略和标准，符合中国及香港相关法律法规的要求；
• 与业务部门沟通和协作，了解业务流程、数据和人工智能的使用需求，协调工作小组中法务和安全意见为业务提供数据安全和人工智能治理支持和咨询；
• 梳理业务数据的收集、存储、处理、分析和共享的过程，确保符合数据安全相关法律法规和集团政策；
• 参与分析人工智能使用的合规情况和风险，确保符合人工智能相关法律法规和集团政策；
• 监控和评估组织内部和外部的数据/人工智能安全风险，提出改进建议和应对措施；
• 培训和指导员工遵守数据安全和人工智能使用规范，提高数据安全和人工智能使用意识；
• 处理并报告数据/人工智能安全事件或违规行为，协助调查并采取纠正措施

工作经验：5-10年以上工作经验，2年以上数据治理、数据安全或人工智能治理相关经验

知识和技能：

• 基本了解相关法律法规及政策，如 中国网络安全法（CSL）、中国数据安全法（DSL）、中国个人信息保护法（PIPL）、中国数据出境安全评估办法（CBDT）、生成式人工智能服务管理暂行办法、互联网信息服务算法推荐管理规定、香港个人资料 ( 私隐 ) 条例（PDPO） 等；
• 熟悉常见行业标准和最佳实践，如 ISO27701、ISO42001、NIST Privacy Framework等；
• 熟悉常见的数据加密、备份、恢复、审计等技术方法；
• 熟悉常见的智能算法、大模型运用技术
• 良好的沟通协作能力，能够与不同部门不同层级的人员有效交流；
• 优秀的中英文读写能力；
• 优秀的文档撰写编辑能力；
• 拥有相关数据安全认证优先，如CDPSE、CIPP、AIGP、AAISM 等；
• 拥有中国法律职业资格证优先；
• 拥有物业管理系统或相关经验优先；
• 拥有供应商管理经验优先
