基本目标
按照集团的物业管理服务标准及要求,组织及协助各项目的物业管理服务团队按照标准及合规去使用物业管理服务部的相关系统,以符合公司对于数据驱动运营(Data-led Operation)这个策略方针要求。
工作职责 (包括但不限于以下工作)
- 负责物业管理服务部相关的系统的业务运维,提供培训、技术支持、咨询服务、技术配合等;
- 与业务部门紧密合作,了解他们的需求,提供建议并推动解决方案的实施。;
- 学习并理解产品相关功能及业务需求及业务流程,并解决业务运维工作中重大故障、性能优化、问题定位排查等相关疑难问题;
- 了解系统功能实现的方式、业务需求及业务流程,对系统整体提升提出建设性的建议;
- 制定相关策略、流程及标准操作程序,完成系统标准化工作相关文档的编写;
- 参与系统补丁、DR灾备的测试,编写测试报告,与供应商及IT对接补丁的开发及部署;
- 协助完成物业相关IOT对接、调试、运维管理;
- 根据集团标准要求协助项目维护系统基础数据;
- 需要根据工作及部门要求出差
基本要求
- 拥有相关专业的本科或以上学历,如工程、计算机、软件、大数据或电子等。
- 5年以上相关工作经验。
- 最好具备设施管理系统(如FMS、CMMS或IBM Maximo等)的操作经验。
- 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力,能够独立工作并在团队中协作,具备设施资产和设备管理知识更佳。
- 熟练掌握Excel,具备SQL 及BI相关经验更佳,以便进行数据管理和分析。
