Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing the mall leasing operations, including contacting tenants and understanding their leasing requirements
• Responsible for identifying, screening, and introducing brand tenants to the mall, as well as following up on lease negotiations and contract signing
• Responsible for coordinating matters related to tenant entry, renovation, and  opening
• Conduct market research and keep abreast of market trends and analysis in a timely manner. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in marketing, business, management or related background
• More than five years of leasing experience in commercial real estate and large-scale commercial complexes, with priority given to foreign investment work experience
• Good market analysis and communication coordination skills, able to independently carry out leasing work
• Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, communication and coordination abilities, and excellent office software operation skills
