Job Responsibilities

Responsible for implementing the mall leasing operations, including contacting tenants and understanding their leasing requirements

Responsible for identifying, screening, and introducing brand tenants to the mall, as well as following up on lease negotiations and contract signing

Responsible for coordinating matters related to tenant entry, renovation, and opening

Conduct market research and keep abreast of market trends and analysis in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in marketing, business, management or related background
- More than five years of leasing experience in commercial real estate and large-scale commercial complexes, with priority given to foreign investment work experience
- Good market analysis and communication coordination skills, able to independently carry out leasing work
- Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, communication and coordination abilities, and excellent office software operation skills
