Job Description:

  • Tenant Relationship Management:Focus on negotiating and collaborating with well-known F&B brands and emerging lifestyle brands; build and maintain a pool of brand resources.Lead the team to achieve leasing targets, improve on-site tenant operation management, and enhance tenant sales performance.Organize and participate in coordination meetings with key tenants.Communicate with tenants to resolve major disputes and complex issues, and report them to senior management.
  • Store Management & Reporting:Track overdue payments from key tenants and propose solutions to address bad debts to senior management. Monitor daily operations of tenants on assigned floors to ensure normal business operations.Review tenant qualification documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Conduct regular reviews of tenant operations and integrate resources to improve sales performance.
  • Government Relations:Liaise with relevant local government departments on operational matters, such as mall operating permits and tenant business licenses.Accompany government authorities during routine inspections of the mall when required.Maintain strong and positive relationships with relevant government agencies.
  • Fit-out Coordination:Coordinate tenants and internal departments to push on-site work.Follow up on tenant submissions for design, engineering, and fire safety drawings, ensuring completion and compliance.Coordinate with other departments regarding drawing approvals, tenant move-in and move-out procedures.Handle emergencies and promptly report progress to senior management.
  • Management:Analyze sales data and economic performance within the assigned area.Lead and assign tasks to the team.Plan team structure and provide training on relevant knowledge and skills, as well as job regulations.Supervise daily work of team members to ensure compliance with company policies.Maintain effective communication with other departments.
  • Analysis & Reporting:Guide subordinates in preparing analytical reports and submit them promptly to management.Ensure proper data entry and review in the ERP system.
  • Other Duties:Complete tasks assigned by supervisors.
  • Be available for business travel based on job and departmental requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing or large-scale commercial complexes; experience in multinational companies is preferred.
  • Strong market analysis, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to independently carry out leasing work.
  • Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), strong communication skills, and proficiency in office software.
