Responsibilities:
1. Content Management
- Develop and implement the brand content strategy and editorial plan both for central campaigns and HQ Rednote official account’s always-on content
- Manage the end-to-end content production process, from planning, narrative development to asset production, data analysis, and content optimization.
- Establish and enforce brand SOPs and Guidelines (visual identity and communication standards), ensuring all local projects apply content in strict adherence to brand guidelines.
- Social Media Management for HQ and Local Projects
- Mange the HQ’s official Rednote account, overseeing daily operations from content planning, content creation to post scheduling, data tracking and performance optimization.
- Elevate the social media performance for local projects to drive follower growth, engagement and content quality
- Trend Watch and Competitor Analysis
- Monitor consumer trends, analyze behavioral shifts and recommend optimizations for brand content and social engagement
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify best practices in content marketing and social media activations to strengthen our competitive edge
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related disciplines is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Social Media, Branding, Digital Marketing or Communications
- Direct experience in managing content production is a must
- Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
- Self-motivated, detail-minded and positive working attitude
- Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
