Responsibilities:

1. Content Management

  • Develop and implement the brand content strategy and editorial plan both for central campaigns and HQ Rednote official account’s always-on content
  • Manage the end-to-end content production process, from planning, narrative development to asset production, data analysis, and content optimization.
  • Establish and enforce brand SOPs and Guidelines (visual identity and communication standards), ensuring all local projects apply content in strict adherence to brand guidelines.

 

  1. Social Media Management for HQ and Local Projects
  • Mange the HQ’s official Rednote account, overseeing daily operations from content planning, content creation to post scheduling, data tracking and performance optimization.
  • Elevate the social media performance for local projects to drive follower growth, engagement and content quality

 

  1. Trend Watch and Competitor Analysis
  • Monitor consumer trends, analyze behavioral shifts and recommend optimizations for brand content and social engagement
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify best practices in content marketing and social media activations to strengthen our competitive edge

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related disciplines is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Social Media, Branding, Digital Marketing or Communications
  • Direct experience in managing content production is a must
  • Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded and positive working attitude
  • Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
