Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Deputy Manager/Manager in handling the department’s daily operations.
  2. Be responsible for the maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and upgrading of all Low Voltage (ELV) systems for assigned projects, including but not limited to:
    Structured Cabling Systems, Computer Network Systems, Program-Controlled Telephone Exchange Systems, Digital Wireless Intercom Systems, Cable TV Distribution Systems, Digital Video Surveillance Systems, Security Alarm Systems, Access Control & One-Card Systems, Electronic Guard Tour Systems, Building Automation Systems (BAS), Fire Alarm Systems, Water-Based Firefighting Systems, Smoke Control & Exhaust Systems, Gas Fire Suppression Systems, and Gas Supply Systems. Supervise and ensure maintenance personnel complete assigned tasks.
  3. Coordinate with the Property Management team and comply with Group SOP requirements for daily operation, maintenance, servicing, and inspection of ELV equipment. Lead, guide, and supervise subordinates to complete various work assignments and temporary objectives.
  4. Propose improvement and optimization solutions for the operation of equipment and systems.
  5. Be responsible for training and assessment in Low Voltage, Fire Protection, and Safety technologies.
  6. Issue repair work orders for ELV and fire protection systems; prepare procurement plans for maintenance tools, materials, and spare parts. Supervise the work quality of outsourced contractors and provide technical support in coordination with other company departments.
  7. Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
  8. Willing to travel as required by work and departmental needs (if applicable).

 

Requirements:

  1. College diploma or above.
  2. At least three years of relevant experience in Low Voltage, Fire Protection, Security, or related fields, with team or shift management experience.
  3. Certified Technician or Assistant Engineer qualification.
  4. Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, and CAD software.
  5. Familiar with operation, maintenance, and construction of high-rise building facilities and equipment, with solid knowledge of related technical standards and codes.
  6. Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to independently handle emergency situations.
