Responsibilities

1. Inspect the cleanliness of the surrounding plaza walkways and central driveway to ensure they are properly cleaned.
2. Inspect the maintenance and upkeep of plants in the surrounding landscaped areas and flower beds.
3. Check the daily cleaning condition of the surrounding plaza, as well as the placement of waste bins and benches.
4. Inspect the cleanliness of parking garage restrooms, fire escape routes, and various utility pipelines.
5. Check the cleanliness of the parking garage elevator lobbies and verify that equipment rooms are cleaned on a scheduled basis.
6. Follow up on repairs and maintenance of damaged facilities and items in the surrounding areas and parking garage.
7. Conduct daily inspections of floor polishing, waxing, and cleaning conditions on Levels 1 to 5 of the shopping mall.
8. Conduct daily inspections of the cleanliness of escalators and passenger elevators within the mall.
9. Conduct daily inspections of retail storefronts, railings, and suspended glass surfaces within the mall.
10. Conduct daily inspections of fire escape routes and fire protection equipment within the mall to ensure cleanliness.
11. Conduct daily inspections of male and female restrooms, as well as janitorial rooms, to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
12. Conduct daily inspections before business hours to ensure lighting systems and restroom facilities are functioning properly.
13. Monitor and verify the daily completion status of weekly and monthly deep-cleaning tasks.
14. During daily morning briefings and before the end of each shift, verify attendance of cleaning contractor personnel and maintain attendance records.
15. Inspect the grooming, appearance, and uniform standards of all cleaning staff.

Requirements

1. Diploma (technical secondary school) or above.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in high-end commercial properties or integrated mixed-use developments with a gross floor area exceeding 150,000 square meters will be an advantage.
3. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational management skills, with a high sense of safety responsibility; diligent, professional, detail-oriented, and possessing strong integrity.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong documentation and report-writing skills.
