Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for front‑desk property management services and application‑related support for tenants’ operations.
- Follow up on daily operational support for tenants (e.g. second‑fit‑out works, relocation, handover, etc.), including building relationships with store managers and defining escalation protocols. Provide day‑to‑day operational support, identify potential or existing non‑compliant activities, conduct proper follow‑up and report to superiors.
- Collaborate with the Leasing Department. Monitor any non‑compliance by tenants in fulfilling lease obligations, and drive issue resolution until tenant satisfaction is confirmed.
- Provide on‑site support to tenants for incident handling and work jointly with other teams.
- Assist tenants with emergency incidents in daily operations and conduct relevant follow‑up. Escalate complex cases to supervisors promptly for support.
- Conduct tenant visits and follow up on tenants’ needs and requests.
- Assist supervisors in liaising with relevant government authorities to ensure normal supply and operation of utilities including water, electricity, gas, telecommunication, fire‑safety, traffic arrangements and environmental‑protection facilities.
- Support receptions for government officials and other stakeholders during official visits or business exchanges.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2‑year customer‑service experience in hotels, large‑scale shopping malls, office buildings, premium clubs or department stores.
- Understand the importance of delivering high‑quality customer service.
- Possess skills and patience to coordinate, resolve and follow‑up on cases, with strong communication and verbal‑expression capabilities.
- Service‑oriented demeanor: approachable, friendly and hospitable, with awareness of premium service standards.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented with good memory and observation skills, and strong team‑player mindset.
- Positive and enthusiastic work attitude with good personal ethics.
