Position Summary:

Reporting to the Head of Brand Communications — Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s regional community investment program in Hong Kong and the Mainland. This role involves managing the plans adhered to the corporate sustainability and community investment strategies, building trusted relationship with community partners, developing engaging volunteering schemes and developing the regular data reporting.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the corporate community investment program that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and values
  • Collaborate with internal departments including but not limited to HR, Sustainability, Business Operations, Marketing etc. to co-create and execute community investment initiatives
  • Develop and initiate engaging volunteering activities for the Company
  • Coordinate corporate giving initiatives, including donations and sponsorships within the Corporate Communications department and across the company
  • Drive communications development that communicates effectively to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and guide all the company’s community investment activities in Hong Kong and the Mainland
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with NGOs and other community partners
  • Track and measure KPIs with data analytics for regular reporting
  • Take on specially assigned project whenever required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Sustainability, Communications or related discipline
  • At least 8 years of solid experience in community investment, sustainability or corporate communications
  • Creative, energetic, collaborative, highly organized, strong leadership and able to drive and work independently
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, and command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
