Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for cost control of renovation, repair, maintenance, and other related projects;
- Prepare project tender plans and carry out related tendering processes, including preparing bidding documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates; handling pre-qualification, responding to tender inquiries, evaluating bids, and preparing award notices and contract documents;
- Manage project payments, variations, site instructions, and final settlement during construction; review and provide recommendations on off-contract material and labor rates;
- Prepare various reports such as cost estimates and cash flow statements in accordance with company requirements;
- Conduct regular analysis of project costs and propose corresponding improvement measures and recommendations;
- Handle document filing, data organization, and assist with various audit tasks;
- Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors;
- Be available for business travel as required by work and department needs (if applicable).
Job Requirements:
- Familiar with engineering department experience in real estate or property management companies;
- Familiar with material and construction pricing; must hold a Cost Estimator (Quantity Surveyor) qualification certificate;
- Proficient in English listening and writing;
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
