Deputy General Manager - Quality & Technical Monitoring

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the quality and safety management of all projects on corporate level
• Focus on overall quality/safety management and site audits systems, and particularly on builders’ works, fitting out, curtain wall engineering and structural related matters
• Leads/involves in several corporate taskforces such as structural work, curtain wall and saleable properties
• Liaise and collaborate with relevant parties for monitoring and the continuous improvement/development of the execution of the quality/safety management system
• Take lead and manage a team
• Give advice to the continuous development of the department and the team
• Monitor the achievement of sustainability target
• Responsible for updating the new technologies and smart construction
• Explore the latest technologies to see whether the company is appropriate to adopt for enhancing the quality management, constructability and sustainability
• Act as the representative to work closely with relevant parties in the final inspection and handover stage of the upcoming residential projects (HK & PRC)

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture/Engineering/Building or relevant discipline with recognized professional qualification
• Minimum 20 years of experience, of which at least 10 years must be in a managerial capacity for large-scale mixed-use developments and min 5 years with developers
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is a must
• Frequent travel is required as and when necessary
