Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems & Reporting Manager / Assistant Manager with expertise in Yonyou ERP systems, specifically in the Budgeting, General Ledger (GL) and Fixed Assets (FA) modules. This role is critical to optimizing our financial systems, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of Yonyou configurations, a strong grasp of financial processes, and the ability to lead system enhancements and reporting initiatives.  

Key Responsibilities
1. System Management & Optimization
   - Serve as the primary owner of the Yonyou ERP system, focusing on Budgeting, GL and FA module configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.  
   - Ensure seamless integration between Yonyou modules and other financial systems.  
   - Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.  

2. Financial Reporting & Compliance
   - Design and automate financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) using Yonyou’s reporting tools.  
   - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements through accurate system setups.  
   - Lead month-end/year-end closing processes, ensuring alignment with system-generated data.  

3. Process Improvement  
   - Identify inefficiencies in financial workflows and propose system-driven solutions.  
   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations) to streamline data flows and system interfaces.  

4. Training & Support 
   - Train finance and non-finance teams on Yonyou functionalities, particularly in Budgeting, GL and FA modules.  
   - Provide ongoing support to users and act as the liaison between finance and IT teams.  

5. Projects & Innovation
   - Lead ERP enhancement projects, including module implementations, automation initiatives.  
   - Stay updated on Yonyou system updates and emerging financial technologies.  

Required Qualifications 

- Mandatory Yonyou Experience: 
  - Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience configuring and managing *Yonyou’s GL and FA modules** in a multi-entity environment.  
  - Proven ability to generate complex financial reports directly from Yonyou.  

- Technical Skills: 
  - Strong understanding of ERP architecture, database structures, and financial data flows.  
  - Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.  

- Finance Knowledge:
  - Solid grasp of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance requirements.  
  - Experience in process standardization and financial system governance.  

- Soft Skills:
  - Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.  
  - Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.  

- Education:
  - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.  

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multinational or multi-currency environments.  
- CICPA / ACCA / CIMA
