Responsibilities

• Work with business lines, operations and corporate functions to prepare budgets, forecasts and analysis, including prepare and review cash flow forecasts
• Compare historical results against budgets and forecasts, and perform variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward
• Examine and evaluate the cost-efficiency and economic value of initiatives proposed and carried out
• Analyze performance by business segments, namely Retail, Office, Hotel & Residence, Corporate Functions, and identify growth drivers and improvements across the portfolios

Requirements

• Degree in Finance/ Accounting, Economics or related discipline; work experience with cost control analysis
• Experience in business/ management consulting and advisory would be an advantage
• Good in modeling and data analysis
• Excellent sense in judgment and business acumen with a questioning mind-set
• Strong in Excel, Data Management and PowerPoint
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
