  • Comply with company policies and work instructions, conduct security patrols in assigned areas, safeguard premises, goods, property, guests, tenants and staff, and deliver premium service to guests and tenants.
  • Monitor on-site security conditions to prevent crimes, offer assistance to guests and tenants, and maintain consistent high security standards. Report any incidents to supervisors immediately for timely follow-up.
  • Master all operational procedures; respond promptly to emergencies per protocols to provide instant support for guests and tenants.
  • Document all security incidents accurately and conduct timely handling and follow-up.
  • Report, coordinate, track and resolve maintenance requests and irregularities in collaboration with frontline teams of other property departments to minimize disruption and inconvenience to guests and tenants.
  • Proactively build and sustain positive rapport with guests and tenants, handle customer complaints, and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues efficiently and collect feedback. Record all incidents and follow-up progress.
  • Take part in crowd control and emergency response drills to be fully familiar with relevant procedures.
  • Attend training sessions to upgrade service awareness and proficiency in daily workflows.
  • Perform duties properly at designated security posts, maintain public order, provide high-quality security support to guests and tenants, and stay professionally alert at all times. Cooperate with cross-departmental property teams to create a safe and comfortable environment for guests and tenants.
  • Keep updated on the latest property operation information to deliver efficient work performance; consult supervisors proactively to resolve arising issues.
  • Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
