Job Description
- Understand the company’s policies, standards, and work requirements. Follow the guidance of supervisors and carry out assigned fire safety and security duties to ensure the safety and quality of the property, while striving to provide excellent service to guests and tenants.
- Monitor security conditions within the assigned area, inspect the status, operation, and effectiveness of fire protection systems and equipment, and identify potential fire hazards. Prevent and minimize the risk of fire incidents. Observe on-site security conditions, prevent crimes, provide support to guests and tenants, and maintain a high standard of fire safety and security services. Report any issues to supervisors immediately to enable timely follow-up actions.
- Be fully familiar with all fire safety and security procedures and respond promptly according to established protocols during emergencies to ensure guests and tenants receive immediate assistance.
- Correctly report all fire safety and security incidents and hazards, and take immediate action for resolution and follow-up.
- Report, coordinate, follow up, and handle maintenance requests and violations. Work closely with frontline colleagues from other departments within the Integrated Services Department to ensure corrective actions are completed smoothly, minimizing inconvenience and disruption to guests and tenants.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with guests and tenants. Handle customer complaints and, when necessary, collaborate with relevant departments to resolve fire safety-related issues efficiently. Listen carefully to customer feedback, maintain records of incidents, and track follow-up actions.
- Participate in fire drills, emergency response exercises, and related activities, and become familiar with the relevant procedures and workflows.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge of customer service and fire safety procedures.
- Perform duties correctly at assigned fire safety and security posts. In addition to maintaining safety and security, provide quality service and support to guests and tenants, maintain a professional working attitude, and work collaboratively with colleagues from other departments to create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.
- Stay informed about the latest operational updates of the property to perform duties effectively. Proactively seek assistance from supervisors when issues arise and work together to resolve problems.
Requirements
- Junior secondary school education or above.
- At least 1 year of fire safety and/or security service experience in a hotel, large shopping mall, office building, high-end clubhouse, department store, or a similar environment.
