Head of Development & Design

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the overall monitoring and project management of prestigious property development in Hong Kong on all E&M aspects, including design / administration / cost control / construction management
• Liaise and collaborate with consultants and relevant government departments to achieve development objectives associated with the building services and E&M aspects
• Lead a team of project management professionals and ensure effective project planning and execution

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or related discipline with professional qualifications (HKIE or equivalent), preferably RPE
• Minimum 15 years of experience of which at least 5 years in managerial capacity with client/developer in overseeing high-end property development
• Solid Hong Kong local project experiences, preferably with track record in delivering mid to large-scale new build / redevelopment work projects and prestige house projects, with good design experience gained in consultant firm
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as the position of Senior Manager – Development & Design
