1. Conduct daily on-site inspections of cleanliness within the assigned area. Upon identifying any cleaning issues, promptly notify the cleaner or the cleaning service supervisor for corrective action, and complete on-site inspection records.
2. Ensure all daily inspection forms are fully completed before the end of each working day and archived together with the daily evaluation sheet.
3. Communicate any new issues identified during the daily hygiene inspection with the cleaning service supervisor and properly document the meeting records.
4. Be responsible for pest control management.
5. Oversee and verify the daily completion status of weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
6. Inspect each cleaner’s personal appearance and grooming, and ensure cleaning procedures are performed correctly.
7. Verify the attendance of cleaning staff during daily morning meetings and before the end of the workday, and keep accurate attendance records.
8. Conduct daily performance evaluations of the cleaning company’s services and maintain proper documentation.
9. Carry out temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
