Job Responsibilities:

  1. Report to superiors, oversee the daily operations of outsourced cleaning contractors within the assigned area, and timely report daily work status and progress.
  2. Monitor cleanliness, equipment conditions and safety of public areas in the jurisdiction. Conduct spot‑checks on subordinates’ performance, and provide prompt guidance and corrective actions for identified issues.
  3. Be familiar with operational procedures for public‑area and guest‑room cleaning. Perform spot‑inspections on cleaning quality, complete assessment and scoring, and resolve problems found during inspections. Escalate unresolved matters through proper reporting channels.
  4. Supervise property and material inventory management of outsourced contractors.
  5. Develop and execute personal weekly and monthly work plans. Support the manager in preparing work plans, work summaries and other documents; sort, consolidate and analyze relevant data.
  6. Assist the Department Manager with tenders and contract execution for cleaning, landscaping, pest control and waste removal services.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  1. College diploma or above.
  2. Minimum 5‑year working experience in cleaning management for office buildings, shopping malls or hotels.
  3. Experienced in managing outsourced cleaning vendors; proficient in marble crystallization treatment and related technical workflows.
  4. Strong communication, coordination and team‑management skills with solid service awareness.
  5. Meticulous, patient, optimistic and dedicated; willing to work night shifts on a rota basis.
