Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for digital and IT system initiatives across Hong Kong, including CRM, CMS, mobile apps, websites, and mall technologies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones, managing schedules, resources, budgets, and risks.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews, user research, and operational feedback to shape project scope and product direction.
  • Oversee vendor performance, ensuring deliverables meet quality, security, and documentation standards; escalate issues when necessary to maintain progress.
  • Support system implementation activities including testing, training, documentation, support and rollout planning for new features and platforms.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation such as requirement specs, user flows, manuals, and internal reports to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Manage procurement workflows, vendor selection, and contract compliance for digital and IT solutions.
  • Monitor platform health and security, and coordinate updates or enhancements to support business operations and customer experience.
  • Facilitate meetings, reporting, and internal communications to keep stakeholders informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay informed on market trends and emerging technologies, contributing insights into product strategy and innovation initiatives.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Computing, or related disciplines.
  • 6 years of experience in project management, system implementation, or digital product delivery within large organizations.
  • Proven track record managing CRM, SaaS, or mobile app projects; familiarity with UI/UX  is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, requirement gathering, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Basic technical knowledge of system architecture, IT infrastructure, and cloud/security principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to bridge technical and business perspectives.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (written and spoken).
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as IT Business Analyst
