Responsibilities:
• Manage vendors to design and develop user friendly digital solutions such as CRM (SalesForce), CMS, mobile apps, WeChat, websites, and AI related tools etc. in order to provide top of the class services and user experiences
• Manage and maintain digital platforms and implement new initiatives relating to footfall and payment gateways
• Understand requirements and collect feedback from operation teams to improve existing processes and solve business problems
• Assist in preparing detailed flow charts and product requirement specifications for internal teams or vendors to recommend and build solutions
• Stay close to and explore latest technologies applicable to the retail industry that can increase customer engagement and loyalty, and implement POC in our malls
• Manage multiple projects and deliver results within schedule
• Communicate with stakeholders across departments to manage project timeline and resources • Take ownership of the end to end customer experience from online to offline and design solutions that can create synergy across all own malls and Hang Lung branded experience
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering, e-Commerce, IT or related Business Administration discipline
• At least 4 years of concrete experiences in web / mobile app project management. Experiences in cloud platform / loyalty program is a plus.
• Proactive, open minded and good team player
• Able to multitask and handle multiple projects within tight schedule • With strategic thinking and presentation skills to articulate ideas from concept into concrete action plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with staff from all levels
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
