Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with vendors to co-develop user-friendly digital solutions, including CRM (e.g. Salesforce), CMS, mobile apps, websites, WeChat, and AI tools that support exceptional customer experiences.
  • Assist in reviewing code quality, documentation, and technical deliverables from vendors to ensure maintainability, security, and adherence to standards.
  • Support the team in maintaining digital platforms and help implement new features related to footfall tracking, payment gateways, and other mall technologies.
  • Gather business needs and operational feedback from internal teams to propose improvements to existing solutions or workflows.
  • Help prepare basic technical documents such as user flow diagrams and product requirement specs to support development.
  • Manage internal documentation, filing systems, and submission workflows to ensure smooth team operations and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for project coordination, meeting scheduling, procurement processes, and internal reporting.
  • Learn and contribute to discussions about system design and architecture, with guidance from senior team members or solution architects.
  • Coordinate across departments to monitor project schedules, assist in managing resources, and follow up on task progress.
  • Stay curious about new technologies that can improve retail experience and participate in proof-of-concept (POC) trials in our malls.
  • Support initiatives that bridge online and offline touchpoints across malls to provide seamless Hang Lung brand experiences.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, e-Commerce, or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital product development, web/mobile app projects, or internship experience in related areas
  • Basic understanding of system architecture and familiarity with code versioning tools (e.g. Git/GitHub); prior exposure to code review is a plus
  • Enthusiastic learner with a proactive mindset and strong collaboration skills
  • Organized and able to support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator with the ability to explain technical ideas in a simple and structured way
  • Strong interest in new technologies, digital trends, and how they can improve user experiences
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
