Responsibilities:

  • Engage stakeholders across multiple functional departments to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables
  • Develop and present clear requirement documentation, including process maps and workflow designs, to align stakeholders and drive decision-making
  • Conduct feasibility studies and workflow analysis to assess business impact, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend productivity enhancements (including AI-enabled solutions)
  • Engage directly with management to define project scope, shape requirements, and align priorities with business and system objectives; support preparation of requirement specifications for tendering processes
  • Partner closely with external vendors to define functional requirements, co-design technology solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Take ownership of project coordination, proactively identify risks or issues, and drive resolution across stakeholders
  • Support end-to-end project delivery activities, including functional testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and user training
  • Provide day-to-day application support to business users, including troubleshooting system issues, resolving user enquiries, and ensuring smooth system operations

 

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3–5 years of IT or related experience; candidates with less experience but strong potential and learning attitude will also be considered
  • Exposure to business analysis, system support, or application-related projects is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of business workflows and ability to support requirement gathering, documentation, and system analysis
  • Experience in Property Management Systems (PMS) or similar operational systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with enterprise or business applications is an advantage
  • Interest in AI technologies, with hands-on experience in self-exploration or personal use, is a plus
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take on responsibilities in a lean team environment
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand new systems and processes
  • Good teamwork and communication skills; able to work closely with stakeholders across departments
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn and support project activities such as requirement documentation, workflow analysis, and preliminary system analysis
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage
