Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily IT operations & end-user supports
• Perform Desktop Windows administration, hardware setup and configuration, performance monitoring
• Provide technical supports to users’ computers and peripherals, identify root cause of problems
• Maintain track records of incidents and provide regular updates to users in timely manner
• Provide Wi-Fi and Mobile devices support
• Support special event e.g., financial result announcement
• Support daily backup and restore operation
• Assist in hardware, application, networking monitoring
• Assist in patch management, change management, and release management
• Assist in various projects implementation, including Win11 upgrade
• Prepare user guide and technical manual/procedure
• Anti-Virus software installation
• Work closely with cybersecurity team to execute/manage security standards on user endpoint such as USB control, local admin permission control, PC patching Anti-virus update, etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science/ Information Systems Management or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ solid IT support experience
• Hands-on experience in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Windows servers, Exchange email and Office 365 support is preferred
• Endpoint cybersecurity operation experience is an advantage
